This project will see the demolition of some vacant commercial tenancies located on an existing service station site. The code assessable application was approved within statutory timeframes. The development required referral for proximity to state controlled road, railway and passenger transport. We successfully project managed the referral agencies to make a decision within their statutory timeframes. Council approved the proposed development with reasonable and relevant conditions. The car wash will feature 2 bays, with 1 bay providing facilities to wash large boats.
